What are the preparation times?
After you place your order, please allow 1 business day for it to be processed and handed over to our shipping provider.
Is delivery free?
Yes, via Mondial Relay from €59 of purchases in mainland France. Below that, Mondial Relay is €4.99. Colissimo for mainland France / Monaco / Andorra: €6.99.
What are the delivery times?
Colissimo: approximately 2 business days. Mondial Relay: 3 to 7 business days. Chronopost: 1 to 2 business days (Metropolitan France).
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are possible for up to 30 days. Please contact customer service to arrange your return.
Are your products made in France?
Yes. Our soaps and cosmetics are manufactured in our Atelier du Savon factory in Seillans (Var), certified Grasse Expertise.
Do you offer custom manufacturing?
Yes. We support brands, hotels, and retailers in white label/private label. Production is possible within 4 weeks after order confirmation.
